Welcome to the holiday apartment "Notre refuge du sud" in Saint Raphaël on the Côte d’Azur – your perfect retreat for an unforgettable vacation! The spacious apartment offers 70 m² of space for up to four guests and features two bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. Enjoy relaxing hours on the balcony and let your gaze wander over the well-kept and quiet complex while you soak up the sun of southern France. On hot days, the air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms ensures pleasant temperatures. The fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine invites you to cook together. Fresh bed linen and towels in the bathroom are included, and a washing machine is available for longer stays.
A television in the living room awaits you for cozy evenings. There is a parking space for your vehicle. The apartment is intended exclusively for non-smokers. Wifi – fiber optic – is available and works perfectly.
A special highlight is the well-maintained swimming pool of the complex – ideal for cooling off after a day at the nearby beach – only 350 m on foot – or after excursions along the Côte d’Azur. The complex is enclosed and secured by a gate.
Long-term rental is also possible.
Boulouris can be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. There is a small supermarket, market days, good pizzerias, and a boulodrome. Large supermarkets and the town center of Saint Raphael can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes by car.
