The house with the most beautiful view of the sea and the setting sun
We spent three weeks in April in Ty Ar Roc'h on the coast of Plouescat. We would have liked to stay longer had the house not been fully booked. Sometimes the weather even allowed us to use the wide terrace over the sea or the more sheltered little garden on the other side. But we always had the sea in view from the well-heated house, could watch from every angle the granite blocks appearing and disappearing in the change of tide and were fascinated by many sunsets. The living room has a cosy sitting area in front of the fireplace and the TV with all channels available via satellite. The other half is taken up by the kitchen - separated by a counter - and a long dining table, long enough for a small office. This made it possible not only to eat well, but also - thanks to fast internet - to work and write well. The kitchen and house are generously equipped with glasses, crockery and every conceivable electrical appliance. There is even a tumble dryer, fortunately also a clothesline, because the wind dries faster! Monsieur came by from time to time to ask if everything was all right, if we had any wishes or needed help, and always very discreetly. He never came into the house without being asked, never checking. For three weeks it was our house.
