Description
With a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Libyan Sea and the Paximadi Islands.
Here you can enjoy the peace and can really relax.
In front of the house is the guests the large covered terrace with two sitting areas available.
For sunbathing at the house and to relax you can use two sun loungers.
The house is well equipped.
There is a combined living room with adjoining kitchen. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning available. One with a French double bed, the second with two single beds. In the living area is a Schlafchouch available.

The holiday house Nikos is located in a secluded location without direct neighbors, just 100 meters from the road to the beach behind a hill.
The house can be reached via a concrete private path.
Enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Libyan Sea.
The Taverna Filenia is only a few 100m up the road, to the beach and other tavernas are about km.
Ample parking is available directly at the house.

Beautiful house in a wonderful location
We, a family of three, stayed in this beautiful accommodation for the second time. The house, which is hidden behind a hill on a huge plot of land, is reached via a private path that is closed off with a gate because of the animals; this way you are completely to yourself. The heart of the house is the large, covered terrace; there you sit sheltered from the wind at a sturdy, large wooden table; those who prefer the shade stay there, those who want to sunbathe can do so directly in front of the terrace on one of the many loungers. The view from the terrace goes into the valley and to the sea - fantastic. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment, so that a bulk purchase, perhaps in Spili, can be well accommodated. All windows and doors are fitted with insect screens; against the sun you can close the outside shutters. You can drink the water from the tap without worrying; if you prefer to fill it directly from the spring, you can do so at the spring above the house, which is within walking distance. There is also the Filenia taverna, where you can meet Peter, the agent of the house. Peter is very reliable and cordial.
We can highly recommend the house - even at the risk that it might be fully booked the next time we want to come
PS: Our son had made friends with a rag doll that was in the house during our last stay, so there were tears when we said goodbye. After he asked for the doll for Christmas, Peter sent it to us in Hamburg with the consent of the house owner! Thank you very much again for this!

Schönes Haus

Our Crete Holiday
We spent 2 weeks in Crete in June and booked House Nikos on the advice of Peter Tremmel, who also looked after us very well. Bull's eye!!! Fantastic location on a hill on the south coast with an unobstructed view of the Libyan Sea. The house is cosy with a very large terrace and equipped with everything you need on holiday.

Beautiful accommodation
Had a great time in this house. The two of us didn't get lost in the single-storey house. The house offers a fantastic sea view from the terrace. The private beach available is rocky but large.

Danke für die Bewertung. Leider betrifft dies ein anderes Haus das früher hier inseriert wurde - aber bis auf den Privatstrand ist trotzdem alles richtig - aus meiner Sicht.

We - Peter and Mari-Anne - have been living in this wonderful, relatively untouristed and quiet area since 2000 and look after a few selected houses which we can recommend with a clear conscience to holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. The beach is unspoilt and kilometres long - everyone can find their own spot here - naturism is possible in many areas
