The holiday flat is approx. 57 sqm large and suitable for max. 2 persons.
You enter the tastefully and modernly furnished holiday flat via a separate entrance.
The garage is located directly under the flat.
From the entrance area, a small hallway leads into the modern and comfortably furnished living room with adjoining dining area and a chic, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher.
From the living room you can reach the covered balcony, which invites you to linger not only in fine weather.
A hallway leads to the other rooms, such as the bedroom, reading room and bathroom.
The separate bedroom is also comfortable, bright and spacious and has a comfortable modern bed with box spring mattresses and a large wardrobe with sliding doors, which offers enough storage space for 2 people.
The small reading room is equipped with a desk and is thus also well suited for possible office work.
The wall cupboard offers additional storage space.
The modern white bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday house "Sand Dune" is situated in a traffic free cul de sac only a 3 minute walk from andstrand, 2 Duhner-minute walk from the town center and 3 minutes walk from experience-wave "Ahoy" away. Duhen is the centerpiece of the water park chain of Cuxhaven. It is characterized by the elongated sandy beach and by the end seem endless mudflats, through which you walk to the island Neuwerk tideland, ride or can take a ride in a carriage. The Historic center of the village fountain, numerous small shops (which are also open on Sundays and holidays here as well as the promenade to take a stroll.

IX Cancellation/Termination of the Rental Agreement The cancellation/termination of the rental agreement by the tenant must be made in writing. The relevant date for the cancellation is the day on which the declaration is received by the intermediary (Sabine Meißner, Fewo-Cux). In the event of a cancellation/termination of the rental agreement by the tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply: - Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period, a processing fee of 20% of the total rent is due - From 90 days before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total rent is due - From 14 days before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total rent is due. To keep the cancellation fees for the tenant as low as possible, we will, of course, attempt to re-let the vacation apartment. For longer stays, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
