Description
The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Pannone di Mori, district of Italia, 760 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and window.

Great location and great holiday apartment up high, where it's a bit cooler than in the valley. Totally hospitable hosts and very child-friendly too! The garden was great, there were extra toys and we were always helped when we had a question. Even when the washing machine broke down on the last day, they washed and dried our clothes themselves without hesitation.

Location of the house excellent for excursions in the surrounding area. In addition, the house was new, well arranged and clean. The owners helpful and kind. We strongly recommend it.

Spacious, well-kept and very well equipped apartment. Very friendly, helpful landlord. The holiday home is located in a scenic and culturally interesting area away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. The Val de Gresta offers countless opportunities for long hikes or mountain bike tours. Excursions to Lago di Garda or to the surrounding towns are also easy to do by car.
