Riva del Garda. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with meadow and flowers, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Ideal location for bike tours. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot on the property.

Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (garden furniture). Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with TV, dining area, (induction cooker), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and access to the balcony.
