The holiday apartment built in 2010 and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location. For common use are available: sunbathing area and sun lounger.

Dro. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The house with 5 apartments is located on a vineyard. The owner TRE LAG 001 (3 persons) and TRE LAG 002 (4 persons) are located in the same building. The relatively flat Valle dei Laghi is particularly well suited for cycling. Mostly you can explore the Valley of 6 lakes on back roads. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

The apartment is not in a quiet environment, but 100 meters from the major thoroughfare: we always had traffic noise at any time of the day: It was not possible to stay on the balcony! Approx. Every minute has accelerated a motorcycle. It was just a sound.
The decor was nice, but lacked a TV

The apartment has us (young couple) all fell in all very good. The apartment is quite large, bright and clean. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and BD very well equipped. Towels and sheets and ample cupboards and Bureau gabs. The road was located quite close to the day quite noisy at night but it was pleasantly quiet. The kitchen is fully adequate, a few sharp knives etc. However, you should bring it anyway.

We were overall very satisfied with the apartment. Cleanliness and facilities left nothing to be desired. The apartment was brand new and comfortable. A terrace would have been nice, there was only a small balcony on the two chairs and a small table match. The owners live in the same house, but they are very discreet and friendly. The valley we were not really idyllic, the House situated in the vineyards, but we had electricity poles in view. Overall, we were still very happy. If one does not have direct lake, is this the ideal base for exploring well located.

- the alleged quiet location. The main road runs no 5m away through the Sarchetal. The street noise is extremely noisy. Quietly it is only between 1. 00 o'clock and 5 o'clock. 00 at night. In addition, the vines are sprayed early in the morning. Also no quiet matter. This concerns the three apartments facing forward. The backs are probably somewhat quieter. - for us the mattresses were much too hard. We felt the feathers through
- in the bathroom is a little storage space for basics

The apartment was modernly furnished and spacious. We had a covered terrace, a balcony and 2 loungers available. The equipment was good. The location is beautiful between the mountains, apple trees and vines. The road didn't bother us.
The excursion destinations around the northern part of Lake Garda are easily accessible. The landlady was very friendly. It was really nice.
