Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building built in 1985, was renovated in 2016, and is furnished in a typical local style and functional manner. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, deck chair, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Location
Montecarlo Lucca, district of San Salvatore. The holiday apartment is situated on a 2000 sqm garden plot. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Special
Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late September, 4 m x 7 m, 1.20 m deep).

Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 500 m, restaurant 450 m, town centre 500 m. Bank in Chiesina Uzzanese 2 km. Airport in Florence 40 km. Train station, pharmacy each 500 m in San Salvatore. In summer: Swimming opportunity 43 km in Viareggio (beach 43 km in Viareggio with sand).

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 1st floor, is level and leads via the 12 sqm balcony directly into the living room.
Ground floor: Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bathroom (12 sqm) with shower.
1st floor: Living room (30 sqm, connecting room) with 2 additional beds on double pull-out sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dining area, gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and access to the terrace. Bathroom (10 sqm) with shower facility, shower and 1 washbasin.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, parking place, electricity, water, bed linen, sunloungers at the pool (31.05.26-20.09.26), hand towels (first usage).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 15 € per person per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: air conditioning 10 € per object per day (30.05.26-29.09.26), heating 10 € per object per day (15.11.25-31.03.26, 01.10.26-31.03.27), Wi‑Fi (WLAN) 5 € all inclusive per day.
