The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated on a farm, in a residence, on the outskirts of town. 1 Restaurant and lounge. For dinner, we are pleased to treat our guests to Tuscan specialties, which we serve in the restaurant or on the terrace by the main house. On our farm, we produce wine from the region.

San Zio. The holiday apartment is located in a residence on a farm, on a 300,000 sqm garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. In the same complex are the apartments TOS FLO 244 (2 people) and TOS FLO 246 (6 people). The holiday apartment is situated in Cerreto Guidi, amid the gentle hills of the area between Montalbano and the River Arno. A place that offers the opportunity to experience authentic Tuscan life amidst the tranquillity and beauty of nature. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to mid-October 6 m x 12 m).
