The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 1400, renovated in 2007 and is rustic, functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on a farm, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. The ancient building is surrounded by five acres of fully fenced garden equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, pergola and a pizza oven with barbecue where the guests can enjoy a glass of red wine during summer evenings.

Living room (15 sqm) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, fireplace and dining area (4 seats). Bedroom (22 sqm) with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood and fridge. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
