The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, renovated in 2013 and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing and fire place. PC with internet access and W-LAN

Blankenstein, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1800 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Wall box for e-cars available for charging 200 m to the Bavarian border at the Blankenstein / Rennsteig with views of the Franconian Forest. Blankenstein is known as the starting point or end point of the 168.3 km long Rennsteig as one of the most famous and important European long-distance hiking trails. The access goes directly from the main road (length 20 m). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property. Wall box for e-cars available for charging

Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (15 sqm, walk-through room) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (12 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
