Bad Waltersdorf, district Biodorf House 48, 300 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a holiday resort, on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. Our holiday home was built using only healthy materials. In the house, you can enjoy the healthy Grader water. The holiday home is situated in a quiet and charming village complex - harmoniously blending into the picturesque landscape of the Styrian thermal region. Here, amidst orchards and vineyards, you can enjoy your holiday. The holiday home has laminate and tiled floors, making it ideal for allergy sufferers. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

From the entrance, you enter the conservatory with a fireplace. The entire house has tiles or laminate flooring, making it ideal for allergy sufferers.
Ground floor: Living/bedroom (45 sqm) with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, fireplace, radio, CD player, and dining area (7 seats). All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom (45 sqm) with TV, dining area (7 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), dishwasher, refrigerator (65 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and access to the terrace. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with fly screens. Vestibule in the hallway (10 sqm) with seating area and conservatory with fireplace. Separate WC (5 sqm) with washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC, and window.
