The holiday home, built in 1993 and renovated in 2022 is a townhouse and modern furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: parasol, sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture. In the village, the resort there is the following benefits to using free:

Location
Bad Waltersdorf, 300 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. Our cottage was built only from healthy materials. In the house you can enjoy the healthy grader water. The house is located in a quiet and lovely village complex - blends harmoniously into the delightful landscape of the Styrian spa country.
Here, in the midst of orchards and vineyards, you can enjoy your spa vacation.
In the house there are laminate and tile floors, so it is ideal for allergy sufferers. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot on the property and the street in front of the house.
Special
central heating, oven in every room (wood / coal), underfloor heating. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), phone, iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via electric wire, satellite.

Outdoor pool (heatable, 12 m x 20 m, depth 1,35 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used all year around. Indoor swimming pool (heatable, 20 m x 12 m, depth 1,35 m, usable all year around, for common use). The following facilities are for the most part available for free all year round:

The entrance in your holiday home is located on the ground floor and leads over 3 stages and the 19 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with doors to all rooms. From the entrance you come directly into the conservatory with fireplace. Throughout the house tiles or laminate are laid, therefore, also suitable for allergy sufferers.
Ground floor: Living/bedroom with 1 single bed, sitting area, TV, fireplace and dining area. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dining area (7 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Storeroom. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Anteroom. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
Board
Breakfast or half board can be booked on site.
