The studio is located in an apartment house. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility and terrace. Washing machine at the landlord on request.

Lopar. The studio is located on a closed garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday apartments RAB LOP 037 (6 persons) and RAB LOP 036 (3 persons) are in the same house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom (walk-through room, not heatable) with TV, dining area, electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
