The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2022, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on a farm, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for use: children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Lopar. The holiday flat is located on a farm, on a 1500 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. Holiday apartments RAB LOP 085 (6 persons), RAB LOP 086 (4 persons) and RAB LOP 087 (3 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (tarmacked). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Children's toys, children's chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception is via satellite. The accommodation is allergy-friendly.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Shopping 500 m, restaurant 700 m, town centre 700 m. For a relaxing holiday, a car is not necessary. The nearest public transport stop is 500 m away. Airport in Fiume 80 km. Lopar: pharmacy 400 m and doctor 700 m. Sauna, cinema, bank each 12 km in Rab. In summer: Adriatic Coast 800 m in Lopar (beach 800 m in Lopar with sand and pebbles). Lopar: tennis 700 m and dog beach, mini golf, diving, water sports opportunities, boat rental, mooring each 800 m.
