Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, renovated in 2022 and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For common use are available: garden shower and grill possibility.

Location
Lopar. The holiday apartement is located on a 1500 sqm, open garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday Flats RAB LOP 085 (6 people), RAB LOP 086 (4 persons) and RAB LOP 087 (3 persons) are located in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.

Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet (3 sqm) with 1 sink, WC and window.
