The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and boat dock. Berth Owner on request. The owners offer their own liquor, wine and vegetables from the garden.

Lopar. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday Flats RAB LOP 032 and 033 (each for 4 persons) and apartment RAB LOP 035 (8 persons) are located in the same building. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access to the balcony (6 sqm). Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
