Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and boat dock. Boat mooring from the landlord on request. The owners offer their own schnapps, wine, and vegetables from the garden.

Lopar. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm large, enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments RAB LOP 032 and 033 (each for 4 people) and holiday apartment RAB LOP 035 (8 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the property.

Ground floor: Living kitchen with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, TV, dining area and access to the balcony (6 sqm). Kitchenette in the living kitchen with gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator and coffee machine. Separate WC with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access to the balcony (6 sqm). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Included in the price: internet access, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
