Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house. The domicile is popular also because of its sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Boat mooring available from the landlord upon request. The owners offer their own schnapps, wine, and vegetables from the garden.

Lopar. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm large, enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments RAB LOP 033 and 034 (each for 4 people) and holiday apartment RAB LOP 035 (8 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the property.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living kitchen with gas stove (2 burners), electric stove (2 hotplates), extractor hood and refrigerator (freezer compartment). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
