The detached villa, built in 2010, is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Volleyball and football.

Vodnjan, district of Golubovo. The villa is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).

Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, TV and access to the terrace. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and air conditioning. Bedroom with 2 single beds. 4 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
