The standig individually villa, built in 1999 and renovated in 2018 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. There are two kitchens and two living rooms at your disposal. The beautiful outdoor pool from which you can enjoy the sea views is a good reason to book the villa as soon as possible. In addition to the alluring exterior, surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy fresh sea air from a spacious covered balcony. An exquisite building surrounded by palm trees is ideal for sunbathing and playing with your loved ones. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.
