Description

The holiday apartment is located in a terraced house built in 1928, renovated in 2022, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Location
Stralsund, district Knieper Nord. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is located in an old terraced house with 3 apartments. The holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor/attic. The house is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property and in the locality (1000 m).

Indoor swimming pool, sauna, disco each 500 m. Children's playground 100 m. A leisurely walk to the city centre and to Stralsund harbour in about 15 minutes.
In the harbour, about 1000 m, is the Ozeaneum, in the old town is the Maritime Museum and many other attractions such as churches, beautifully restored old streets and alleys.
Many shopping opportunities attract visitors to the old town.
Rostock and Warnemünde are about 65 km away,
The island of Rügen can be explored from 10 km to 70 km.
The island of Usedom and its imperial spas, as well as the beautiful town of Swinoujście (PL), are about 100 km away.
In summer: Strelasund outdoor pool (beach 1500 m in Stralsund with sand and swimming platforms). Golf in Greifswald 40 km. Horse riding in Rügen 15 km. Tennis in Stralsund 500 m. Fishing in Stralsund harbour 1500 m. Boat rental, boat mooring each 1000 m in Stralsund Knieperteich. Baltic Sea with fine sandy beach in Binz / Prora 30 km or between Glowe and Juliusruh about 60 km, Störtebeker Festival from the end of June to the beginning of September on the unique natural stage in Ralswiek about 40 km away.
The Nature Heritage Centre with treetop path and & eagle’s nest (viewing platform) barrier-free accessible at a height of 42 m is located in Prora near Binz on Rügen about 40 km away.
Harbour and chalk cliffs in Sassnitz are about 60 km away.
Cape Arkona with walkable lighthouses is located in the north of the island of Rügen about 70 km away.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor and leads via an internal staircase directly into the hallway with a wardrobe, seating area, and doors to all rooms.
2nd Floor: Living room (44 sqm) with seating area, TV, and radio. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (induction hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window. All windows and exterior doors are secured with fly screens.
Attic: Bedroom (24 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on a double pull-out couch and the bedroom in the attic is available from the third person or can be booked separately on site.
