Beautiful house with a great location!
The house is perfectly located. Beautiful pool and right by the sea. Functional equipment, a bit old-fashioned. However, the price is right. Has everything you need.
Few flaws that can be fixed with personal initiative. Unfortunately, there are not enough parasols or a sunshade on the terrace. It gets very hot here, and it's almost impossible to sit on the terrace without a parasol.
The support from Mrs. Ghilardi is excellent. She has everything under control, is uncomplicated, and very helpful. Very nice to have such good and competent support. One feels comfortable.

One of the best holiday homes I have ever stayed in.
Special praise to Mrs. Ghilardi, a perfect property manager.
Another tip - you don't necessarily need a car, as the most important things are within walking distance.

Beautiful
Beautiful house with lovely decor, amazing pool and barbecue area. Has everything needed for a self catered holiday but lovely restaurants nearby for eating out. Great views of the sea from the balconies and a short walk to local shops/town centre. Couldn’t recommend this highly enough, stunning!

Great Stay - Amazing Accommodation
I stayed at Una Casa for a week and can't recommend enough. It has a private pool with your own bbq area immediately adjacent to it. The bbq area includes beautifully tiled worktops/tables, a fridge and a sink. There is access onto the beach through a secure gate if you fancy a dip in the sea.
The kitchen in the house is fully kitted out which suited us as we had a professional chef friend staying with us. House also has air conditioning through out which is a must for me for sleeping at night.
Denia itself has a nice feel to it with many pubs and restaurants to choose from. Thanks again

Beautiful beach house!
We spent 2 weeks here with friends and had a wonderful time. The house is located on a beautiful beach which can be accessed directly from the garden. The house also has it's own private pool if you're not so keen on the beach. The garden has a great BBQ and outdoor eating area where we ate most evenings. Inside the house was well furnished with a modern kitchen and Aircon in the bedrooms.
Denia town is about a 20 minute walk along the beach and has many interesting bars and restaurants.
We couldn't have asked for better accommodation and will definitely come back. Many thanks :)
