The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location by the water. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Karlobag. The holiday apartment is located on a 480 sqm, open garden plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
