Description
The holiday apartment is located in a single-family house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and terrace.

Matulji. The holiday apartment is located on a 570 sqm open garden plot with flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. TV reception via antenna.

Opatija: fishing, diving, water sports opportunities, boat rental, mooring each 4 km. Tennis 5 km. Horse riding in Opatija 8 km.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor, is step-free and leads directly into the hallway. Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on a double pull-out sofa, seating area, TV and dining area. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with TV, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Included in the price: internet access, children bed, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, sunloungers, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 40% per stay.
