The holiday apartment is located in a detached house and is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility and terrace.

Matulji. The holiday apartement is located on a 570 sqm, open garden plot with flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with TV, access to the terrace, electric stove (4 plates), oven, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.

Outstanding accommodation, very, very clean. All in a 1a condition. We have extremely comfortable here. Wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. Super friendly owner who always spoiled us, and even speak fluent German could. By car, it was just under 4km to the beach, but that was not a problem. Directly from the apartment you can walk in the mountains. A large supermarket is not far. A highly recommended holiday. The photos correspond to reality, or. live it's even better. We will come back.

Apartment was fine, terrace and view very nice. A bit far to the beach, only possible by car and also something to drive. Landlady difficult, lives in the house. We hadn't registered our toddler (1 year old) so she asked us to leave the apartment. Only 4 people are allowed, our toddler was the 5th person. No money back

We can only recommend this holiday property to anyone. Already on arrival we were received very friendly. The accommodation is very clean and modern. There was nothing we did not like, because everything was so nice and clean. The view was a dream by day and night, the decor clean and very nicely decorated, the landlord was super nice and friendly, we felt completely comfortable and definitely go again .. The terrace overlooking the Kvarner bay is amazing! Here you can also relax for whole days and does not have to go to the beach. In addition, the landlord-couple are very friendly and helpful and generous (we were regularly supplied with home-baked) and spoke to our delight even good German.
