Enjoy a cozy, newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with a very large enclosed garden of 75m2! Just behind the beach, dunes around the corner, and center 300M. Parking, Wi-Fi, bicycle storage, dune cards available.
The layout of CasaNuestra:
Spacious, cozy living room with views of the garden and the dunes! In the living room, there is a flat-screen TV and a very comfortable (sleeping) sofa. For cozy evenings to play or eat, a dining table is available.
The open kitchen is very well equipped and has a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, Senso, and coffee machine.
The spacious bathroom has a large shower, sink, and toilet.
There is a cozily furnished bedroom, equipped with a double bed. Large windows offer views of the garden and the dunes. Generous closets are provided for storing your clothes.
The garden (75m!), equipped with garden furniture, is completely fenced-in. You do not have to worry about your small children or dog running away.
Next to your private garden, there is a private playground exclusively for guests of CasaMare Apartments. A large picnic table ensures that you can enjoy the sun here too. Additional features of the house:

Egmond aan Zee is a lively village with many shops and restaurants open all year round. The beach is the biggest attraction and here you can find several beautiful beach pavilions. The dunes behind the village are ideal for long walks and you can also explore the surroundings by bike. By car you reach Alkmaar, famous for the cheese market, in 20 minutes and by train you are in the cosmopolitan city of Amsterdam in half an hour. North of Egmond aan Zee, above the coastal town of Bergen aan Zee, you will find the Schoorlse Duinen Nature Park. Here you can do beautiful hikes and bike tours.
Apartments CasaMare are located directly at the sea, a paradise for sun worshippers, walkers and cyclists. Once you've been to the Egmonden, you always come back. There's plenty for young and old to do. The former fishing village is hospitable and comfortable. Stroll comfortably past the small shops and cafes to the lighthouse and boulevard and watch the sun sink into the sea. Walk through the dune belt to one of the protected sandy paths in the area and find your way back.

Great location near the beach, but... / May 2022
The location to the beach and the city is really great. The fenced yard is great for dog owners. Modern furnishings and everything is there, no freezer compartment. There could be a few hooks in the bathroom. I can't sit in the garden/yard looking at the dunes, in two directions I look at high-rise apartments and a hotel. That wouldn't be really bad either, the proximity to the beach; 3 minutes walk; makes a lot of things "half as bad". However, we had construction noise from Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm, and it was very loud because drilling was taking place on the exterior facade. The entire residential block is surrounded by scaffolding; this construction site has been ongoing for a while and will continue for even longer. This fact should have been included in the description. When we inquired with the landlord, we were dismissed with a curt response. Unfortunately, the landlady did not bother to stop by. Very disappointing.

Super holiday flat
We were in Egmond for the first time and are totally thrilled with the holiday flat and immediately booked again for September.
The welcome was very warm and the great location is great.
The outdoor area was great for our dog and we were able to soak up the sun.
The flat is also well equipped.
We are already looking forward to September.

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieter
Everything was really clean and tidy!! We felt very comfortable. Great location, in 3 minutes you are at the beach. Unfortunately, no hairdryer, but it wasn't a problem, everything is available in town!! ;) We will definitely come back!!!!
