Parking lot on the property and the street in front of the house.

The apartment is located in a very attractive. Beach close. Each suite soooo poor, not all efficient appliances, microwave, kettle, damaged fan (no replacement). Bathroom- toilet and bath with shower only, no possibility of mounting. Determined to minus for the lack of roof over the terrace. Small garden umbrellas do not solve the problem of sunshine. Simple awning solves the problem. Definitely for the less demanding, tying less weight to housing conditions.
