In a location that is hard to beat, just a few steps from the sea, you will find this beautiful holiday flat, which is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children. This modern flat consists of a stylish living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This flat has its own balcony, which is accessible from the living area. It is covered and has a fantastic view of the sea and the nearby islands of Krk and Rab. The extremely pleasantly designed outdoor area offers plenty of space to spend a nice time outdoors. Here, the centrepiece is the 30 m² swimming pool. Furthermore, there is a private children's playground, a barbecue for common use and sun loungers next to the pool. Right next to the pool is the wellness area with a large whirlpool, sauna and fitness room.
Free private parking is available just behind the house. The rental price includes intermediate cleaning and change of bed linen and towels. There is a small boat harbour under the house, where you will find a nice café, a restaurant and the possibility to rent a boat or a boat mooring.

For feeling good
We felt completely comfortable during the 7 days. So there was basically nothing significant to complain about. From our side, we give the apartment and especially the efforts of the landlord to make our stay as pleasant as possible, a full 10 points.

Very pleasant
We were five there for 4 nights… it was very pleasant and nicely furnished… nice grill and swimming pool, etc. really only 3 minutes to the sea… with a brisk walk, 10-15 minutes to downtown… nice restaurants… nice bars… beautiful evening atmosphere… also the surroundings are recommendable. Crikvenica was nice too; we rented a boat there for two days… but there aren’t really good clubs in the area that are open late, etc.
