The detached holiday home, built in 1910 and renovated in 2014, is furnished in a rustic style typical of the region. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny hillside location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children’s playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture. for shared use with property KVALOV059 children’s playground, children’s swing, sandpit and table tennis.

Opatija, district of Dobreć, 340 m above sea level. The holiday home is situated on a 200 sqm, open, enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

1st floor: Living room (20 sqm) with TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace (50 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers, parasol). Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with TV, dining area (4 seats), gas hob (3 burners), electric hob (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: iron, dish towels, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, sunloungers, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: local tax by local tariff. On request: Baby cot (please order when booking) 10 € per bed per day.
