Lovran. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm, closed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road or directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot in the carport and on the property.
