The standig individually holiday home, built in 1878 and renovated in 2008 is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. A children's playground, a swing, a sandbox and a table tennis table are available for shared use.

Dobreć, 340 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm, open garden plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (diameter 4 m, depth 1,50 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from mid of April to the end of September.

Ground floor: Living room (20 sqm) with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed (only suitable for children under the year of 11), TV and access to the terrace (20 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Kitchen (20 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), access to the terrace, gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (100 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (8 sqm) with shower, 1 sink and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Bathroom (9 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and window. Bathroom (10 sqm) with bathtub, washing machine, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.

We really liked being on top of the mountain, a bit away from the crowds. A very nice location. The owners were very friendly too. The beds were very comfortable and we spent a lot of time by the pool.
