The detached holiday home, built in 1878 and renovated in 2008, is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny hillside location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Shared facilities include a children's playground, a swing, a sandbox, and a table tennis table.
Location
Dobreć, 340 m ASL. The holiday house is situated on a 1000 sqm open garden plot and woodland plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. High chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of May to the end of September, diameter 4 m, 1.50 m deep).

Ground floor: Living room (20 sqm) with 2 extra beds on a double pull-out sofa (only suitable for children under 11 years), TV and access to the terrace (20 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs). Kitchen (20 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (100 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Bathroom (9 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom (10 sqm) with bathtub, washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

We really liked being on top of the mountain, a bit away from the crowds. A very nice location. The owners were very friendly too. The beds were very comfortable and we spent a lot of time by the pool.
