It is a fully furnished holiday home for 2 people renovated in 2023. Pets allowed.
The holiday home is on the ground floor.
The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and extractor fan.... The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, pans, cutlery, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
You control the central heating with temperature and time yourself thanks to your own thermostat.
The bed is a box spring 160 by 200 cm with pillows and two single duvets. You can bring your own pillowcases and duvet covers. There is plenty of storage space.
There is free wifi. The TV is a smart TV with about 130 TV channels and is connected to the internet. You can transfer your own subscriptions to the TV via your phone.
There is also a basic shower/toilet room that is fully tiled.
The house has a private terrace with ceramic tiles, a scaffolding table with benches and a separate sitting area with summer/lounging chairs and a table. The garden is surrounded by a wooden fence. It is therefore strictly private and pets cannot run away.

The holiday home is close to Callantsoog's village square. Just outside the hustle and bustle, but you can get to the shops in no time.
The holiday home is 300 metres from the North Sea beach.

Cancellation terms:
If you cancel, you will always pay a cancellation fee of 50 euros. We only refund money if we were able to rent the house again. In addition to advertising costs, we will deduct from the refund amount. If it is not rented out, we do not refund any money.

Price July and August is Euro 850 per week. June and September and weeks with Pfinkster, Easter, Christmas etc. is 700 per week. Other periods 650 per week. Self-cleaning or cleaning 45 Euro.
Dogs are allowed but not left alone in the flat. Dog extra 45 Euro.
We prefer to rent on Saturday/Saturday. But all conditions and days are negotiable. On your request you will receive an e-mail with the correct price.

Very beautiful summer cottage
We felt very comfortable!
Very nicely furnished, clean, and everything you need was there. It is big enough, super the private and completely enclosed terrace, especially for the dog.
All paths are short, to the village, beach, Albert Heijn, and to the small woods and fields. ☺️
The showerhead was broken and replaced within half an hour?
We would love to come back!
