Description
The standig individually holiday home is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the woods and at the water. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, children's playground, swing, grill possibility and garden furniture. Badminton, chess and dominoes.
Location
Turke, 295 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 3500 sqm, open water plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located in the wonderful "Butterfly Valley", where 500 different butterflies are registered. The access goes via a path (rubble or gravel, length 50 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Bedroom with 2 single beds.
