Description
House Vanda is located in Zlobin, a small place near Fuzine, on the main road which connects Fuzine with Kraljevica. The house spreads on two floors, it can accommodate up to 6 persons and it has a view on Kvarner bay. On the first floor of the house there is a large living room with a kitchen and a fireplace, and a bathroom. From the living room you have access to the spacious terrace with a garden furniture and sun chairs. On the second floor of the house there are two bedrooms: one with double bed, and the other with two separate beds and two additional beds for children. The living room can serve also as a bedroom for two more guests. The guests have at their disposal the air conditioning, wi-fi, bed linen and towels, a grill and a parking space in the garden. Pets are welcome for a fee!

Location and surroundings of object
Mountain house Vanda in Zlobin is ideal place for family vacation during all season. The house is located 900 m above sea level on the road which connects Kraljevica and Fuzine. Only 20 minutes driving by car along the mountain road, you get to the beach of Kvarner bay or 3 km from the beach located on the lake of Fuzine. Thanks to its great location (green enviroment, the woods, sea level), the house offers to its guests natural refreshment during the summer heat. The house is renovated in 2017. and completely restaurated for rental. The market, the shop, the restaurant, cash mashine and sport facilities are located in nearby city Fuzine. Fuzine are wellknown for the wholeseason tourism thanks to its location. During the winnter it offers winter activities; during the spring and autumn you can enjoy the walking, piciking forests fruits, visiting the cave Vrelo and during the summer you can have a swimm in the lake or in the sea.

Fuzine is a municipality situated 730m above sea-level, in the southwest part of Gorski kotar, surrounded by picturesque mountains, by the silence of centenary evergreen woods and by the beauty of its lakes. Since its beginnings and still today, Fuzine owe its development to the very favourable location near traffic routes – once near the road Karolina, which used to connect the interior with the littoral, and in the vicinity of the railroad, and today near the highway Zagreb-Rijeka which makes the trip to the seaside just half hour long. It is a real pleasure to stay at the seaside during summer, and spend nights in one of numerous accommodation units while breathing the pleasant night air of Gorski kotar.
