The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2006 and is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, pavilion, and garden furniture. Large summer kitchen with coffee machine (free coffee), electric stove, and dishwasher. Bicycle storage room.
Location
Crikvenica. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA CRI 311, 313, 314, 316, 317, 319, and 320 (each for 5 people) and holiday apartments KVA CRI 312, 315, and 318 (each for 3 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 15 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of April to the beginning of November, can be heated, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep). Covered as needed.

So the apartment is adequate for the holidays, the only thing that annoyed me was that there was not a single outlet in the bathroom, so you had to blow-dry her hair in the bedroom, the mirror was two feet away. Otherwise, everything was super nice, and the lady was very nice and accommodating!
