Description

The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 2006 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is also popular because of the view of the sea. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, pavilion, and garden furniture. Large summer kitchen with coffee machine (free coffee), electric stove, and dishwasher. Bicycle storage room.

Location
Crikvenica. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments KVA CRI 311, 313, 314, 316, 317, 319, and 320 (each for 5 people) and holiday apartments KVA CRI 312, 315, and 318 (each for 3 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 15 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot and internet access (WiFi). TV reception via satellite. LCD SAT-TV available.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of April to the beginning of November, can be heated, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep). Covered as needed.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
