Description
The holiday apartment built in 2006 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the hillside location. For common use are available: sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, pavilion and garden furniture. Large summer kitchen with coffee machine (coffee free), electric cooker and dishwasher. Bicycle storage.
Location
Crikvenica. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday flats KVA CRI 311, 313, 314, 316, 317, 319 and 320 (each for 5 persons) and holiday flats KVA CRI 312, 315 and 318 (each for 3 persons) are located in the same house. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 15 cars) on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the end of April to the beginning of November. Covered if necessary.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric stove, extractor hood, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Clean, tidy apartment with one drawback: distance from the sea, but all of this will make you forget the view.
