The holiday home, renovated in 2015 is a semi-detached house and rustic, functional and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Vrbnik. The holiday home is located on a closed plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (3,50 m x 9,00 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to mid of October.

Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with electric stove (4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed, access to the balcony (garden furniture) and Parquet. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, iron, air conditioning, parking place, tv, washing machine, electricity, water, final cleaning, barbecue, sunloungers, Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access, hand towels (change every 3 days), parasol, baby cot (please order at booking).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 3,80 € per person per stay. local tax.
