Description

Our fully furnished holiday home is located on the edge of St. Pierre Park.
It has three bedrooms (two of which are on the ground floor), two single beds, one double bed and one bunk bed. One bathroom with bath and WC, a second with shower and WC. Beautiful garden with barbecue. Large living room with TV/video and open fireplace, wi-fi. Fully equipped open kitchen, with microwave, mini oven and fridge-freezer. Parking space on the property. Pets are only allowed after consultation. In addition, we have to charge 75 € (instead of 65 €) for the final cleaning.

The house is on the edge of the park with free view of the polder. Nieuwvliet lies on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Netherlands. It is a popular seaside resort of families.

Beautiful house close to the beach. The house is clean and has everything you could imagine. The landlord is friendly and provides enough information. I will definitely come back.

We definitely cannot agree with the negative reviews.
The house is well equipped and clean.
Besides a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, barbecue, TV, and outdoor seating, everything your heart desires is available.
If you are looking for 5 star luxury, you will have to pay a lot more.
The landlords are very friendly and accommodating.
The family charm and the feel-good factor are among the reasons for our five-star rating.
In addition, the surrounding area offers plenty of activities as well as changing weekly markets.

Komfortables und gepflegtes Haus

I don't understand the reviews where people suddenly criticize the house over 2 years after the rental period! The house is spacious, has charm, has everything you need, some very pretty, others just functional. At some points, if you look closely, it's a little worn, but that's no wonder in a rented holiday home - I've rented much worse! The proximity to the beach is great, the fireplace is awesome, okay - I would have liked the garden fenced in for the dogs, but otherwise: definitely again!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ruhiger und sehr grüner Ferienpark mit Bäckerei und Fahrradvermietung in Gehdistanz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Fahrrad oder Auto gut zu erreichen.

free time activities: Typisch für einen südholländischen Ferienpark (Strand, Fahrrad usw.). Das Kuckucksnest sollte man sich mal ansehen, ist eine Überraschung.

The house is really beautiful and very well equipped.
We have been there several times now.
We always experience good service from the landlord.
The house has a top location as it is very quiet at the edge of the park.
We are very satisfied every time anew.

Anyone who rates this house with 80% must either be a friend of the landlord or suffer from a lack of taste! (Sorry, I don't want to offend anyone, but if one wants to be objective, this house cannot be rated with 80%) The furniture is outdated, the overall interior does not correspond to the standards of 2012 and is a mix-and-match, just like the other houses of the owner! In any case, we cannot recommend the house as we rented it at all, unless the owner gets things moving and responds accordingly!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Super Umfeld, toller Blick in den Polder, sehr geruhsam.

free time activities: Schöner Strand / Freizeiteinrichtungen

shopping facilities: Cadsand, Breskens, Sluis, Oostburg sind nicht allzuweit entfernt, dort findet man alles was man so braucht.

nieuwvlietfan says since 2002, there are better houses.

Since 2002, when we started coming to Nieuwvliet, we were disappointed by the setup of the house. The house is in urgent need of renovation; the floors, walls, ceilings, kitchen – everything is still from before 2000. The kitchen utensils are a mishmash from various years. The furniture also needs to be updated or replaced.
On a positive note, the location on the edge of the park with a view of the polder was pure nature, but the rest...

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Beste war die Randlage im Park mit Blick auf den Polder, das war Natur Pur, Fasane, Hasen, Enten...

free time activities: Strand in der Nähe, Breskens und Sluis nicht weit weg, auf Knokke könnte ich verzichten...

shopping facilities: Breskens und Sluis sind mit Geschäften gut bestückt, vor allem in Breskens am Hafen ein Fischgeschäft mit sehr großer Auswahl.

Beautiful house, beautiful quiet location, but in need of renovation.

I can only agree with the other reviewers, the house itself is beautiful and located in a quiet area on the outskirts, but it is urgently in need of renovation. The furniture, walls, and especially the floor are not up to the standard that the rental price would suggest. When compared to other rental properties in St. Pierre (we have been going there since 1998 and have stayed in many houses), this house unfortunately falls short. It would also be nice if the backyard was fenced in for small children, as the Dükergraben poses a certain danger.
