The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in town (10 m).

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
