The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The house is located in Šilo, 180 m from the sea. It is surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful holiday. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining room and a balcony. Air conditioning and internet are included in the price. The house has a large car park. In the same house there are holiday apartments Krk (4 persons) and Krk (2–3 persons). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (5 sqm) with air conditioning, dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.
