It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and dining area, as well as a balcony (12 m²). The apartment is air-conditioned. A parking space is available to guests. Pets are not allowed. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Bedroom (10 sqm) with 2 single beds. Kitchen (5 sqm) with electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
