The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1987, renovated in 2021 and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Šilo. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Apartments KRK SIL 129, KRK SIL 131 and KRK SIL 128 (each for 3 persons), KRK SIL 130 (3 persons), KRK SIL 133 and KRK SIL 134 (each for 4 persons), Studio KRK SIL 135 (2 persons) and KRK SIL 428 (3 people) are in the same house. Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner, central heating. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 3 m x 9 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Eat-in kitchen (14 sqm) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the terrace (15 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds). Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV and safe. Living/bedroom (5 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on folding bed (only suitable for children under the year of 10) and 2 bunk beds. Kitchen in the dining room with TV, dining area (4 seats), electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
Board
Half board available on request.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 6,30 € per person per stay. final cleaning obligatory 32 € per object per stay. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
