The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1987, renovated in 2019 and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower and grill possibility.

Šilo. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm plot. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Apartments KRK SIL 129, KRK SIL 131 and KRK SIL 128 (each for 3 persons), KRK SIL 130 (3 persons), KRK SIL 133 and KRK SIL 134 (each for 4 persons), Studio KRK SIL 135 (2 persons) and KRK SIL 428 (3 people) are in the same house. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (heatable, 3 m x 9 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, safe and access to the balcony (2 sqm). Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with TV, dining area (4 seats), access to the balcony, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window. Eat-in kitchen (14 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (only suitable for children), sitting area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (5 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs, parasol).
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access, hand towels (change every 3 days), baby cot (please order at booking).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 6,30 € per person per stay. final cleaning obligatory 32 € per object per stay. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: deposit pets if pets 70 € per pet per stay.
