The tennis house is located in the beautiful tennis and golf paradise La Sella. It is embedded in the small community Los Romeros (4 semi-detached houses with large gardens and own pool). Address Los Romeros3. The living-dining room with an open kitchen, equipped with air conditioning, offers a pleasant ambience. The 2 bedrooms (2 x2 double beds, separable) and the bathroom with bath-shower and toilet are bright and friendly. A north terrace with some sea view as well as a large south terrace and a beautiful garden with sunbathing lawn surround the house. A storage room with washing machine and a parking space are next to the house. The swimming pool with separate children's pool belonging to the complex is only a few steps away. The tennis centre La Sella with 5 sand and 3 quartz sand courts, as well as the riding school, a restaurant and a shop for small purchases are only 200 m away from the house. The golf course La Sella (18- and 9-hole) is about 2 km away.

Location and surroundings of object
La Sella, about 7 km behind Denia, at the gateway to the Costa Blanca and the Montgo Nature Reserve, is located between Valencia and Alicante, which is about 100 km to Denia from either direction, at motorway exit 62. Denia is a picturesque coastal town with lots of Mediterranean charm. It is also known for its 20 km long and wide sandy beaches, which invite visitors to enjoy 315 days of sunshine a year. Excursions and boat trips are offered along the coast to Javea and Calpe or into the mountains. The port of Denia, flea markets and excursions to Valencia are recommended. In addition, boat trips to Ibiza and Mallorca can be offered from the port of Denia for a change of pace.
