The domicile is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny waterfront location. Available for use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture and courtyard.

Klimno, district of Soline. The holiday apartment is located on a 55 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. All bedrooms + living room are air-conditioned. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the 2nd floor, is covered and leads via an internal staircase directly into the anteroom with doors to all rooms. Living room (interconnecting room) with seating area, TV, radio, dining area and access to the balcony (covered, garden furniture). 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, seating area and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and seating area. Bathroom with bathtub, WC, bidet and window. 4 bathrooms each with shower and WC. Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (6 places), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), electric kettle and access to the balcony.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in the property.
