Description

The detached villa is rustically furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its sunny, secluded hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Location
Baška, district of Draga Bašćanska. The villa is located on a garden plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house.

Special
Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October with views of the surroundings).

Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 100 m, restaurant 4.3 km, town centre 4.3 km. The nearest public transport stop is 200 m away. Doctor, pharmacy each 5 km in Baška. Airport in Omišalj 40 km. Railway station in Rijeka 75 km. In summer: Adriatic 4.5 km in Baška (beach 4.5 km in Baška with pebbles). Diving in Baška 7 km.

Living room with seating area, TV and access to the terrace (garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (garden furniture). Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and WC.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, dish towels, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. Baby cot (please order when booking) on request 8,80 € per bed per day.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 5 € per person per stay.
