The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house, was renovated in 2020, and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet location. Available for use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Ski room with ski boot dryer (for shared use).

Obervellach, 700 mASL. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The holiday apartment KAR MOL 012 (for 5 people). The landlord's house includes a separate garden with trees, lawn, and shrubs, which can be used jointly. From the holiday apartment, there is a view of the mountains, garden, and church. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.
