The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Funtana. The holiday flat is situated on a 400 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Bedroom (11 sqm, not heated) with 1 double bed. Kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower facility, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not accept bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
